ABOUT Natalie
Welcome to the transformative world of Ashtanga Yoga with Natalie, an inspirational yoga teacher currently based in the Middle-East (Dubai, UAE) where she is teaching private classes and running a Mysore-style program that she is extending to Cambodia seasonally.
Natalie is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, perpetual student and compassionate teacher Authorized Level 2 by R. Sharath Jois from the Sharath Yoga Center in Mysore, India.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a yoga system well known by its traditional teaching method named Mysore-style, from Mysore, India where it takes its origin from, but also from the transmission of the knowledge from teacher to student, called Parampara.
The practice of Ashtanga yoga teaches you not only the physical aspect of yoga (asanas) but also brings your awareness inwards and clarity to better act outside of your mat.
Yoga Classes
Group classes
Mysore-style classes are group classes where students are taught individually in a group setting. They are suitable for all level practitioners, everyone following its own pace.
Private classes
One to one sessions (in person or online) can be tailored to your personal needs.
